Abstract

The radical transformations that engulfed modern society not only led to qualitative changes in the social structure ethnosocial sphere, but also influenced its dynamics. This is often accompanied by an increase in tension in interethnic relations, the justification of conflict situations, which poses a threat to all spheres of social life. The absence of the ethnic component in the management consciousness leads to the fact that negative tendencies (aggressiveness in defending their own interests, cruelty of the positions of national parties) lead to an increase in ethnophobia, stereotypes that increase intolerance, which becomes the potential for ethnic destruction. Therefore, it is quite relevant to research the formation of the ethnic element of management consciousness for the effective solution of crisis problems in the conditions of the ethnosocial sphere, the development of the management paradigm adequate to modern realities. The purpose of the article is conducting the socio-philosophical analysis of the formation ethnic component of the management consciousness in the prevention conflict situations in the ethnosocial sphere. The author uses methods of the analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, comparison, as well as the method of modeling and synergy. The scientific significance of the work consists in finding answers to the complex philosophical question related to the need to the form ethnic component (for example, the tolerance component) in the structure of management consciousness in order to prevent conflict situations in the ethnic sphere. The practical component of the work is aimed introducing into social philosophy the scientific category «ethnic component of management consciousness,» which contributes to the deep analysis of the nature and essence of ethnicity, the management of the ethnosocial environment, and the formation ethnic values of the modern society. The important factor in the formation of the ethnic component (tolerance) of the future managers is a field education and information resources, which will be aimed at creating the unified system of the values, which is subsequently necessary for making effective management decisions. In this situation, demands deep comprehension and reconsideration of category and a concept of social philosophy, philosophy of the management, the theories of the management connected with questions problem management of the society, the conflicts of the ethnic sphere. The urgent need will be not only the introduction into the theoretical and methodological arsenal philosophy of the category «ethnic component of the management consciousness,» but also its further development and development.
