Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of the results of a sociolinguistic experiment conducted among a pedagogical college teachers and graduates. In the context of education reform in Russia, it is important to analyze the current situation and the degree of involvement of teaching profession representatives in the renewal processes. In these conditions, the transfer of professional values to a new generation of teachers becomes relevant. The study purpose is to build a model of an ideal teacher in the representation of teachers and students of the pedagogical college of Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. This goal can be realized as a result of a sociolinguistic experiment in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire assumes to name 10 qualities of an ideal teacher and arrange them in a hierarchical order according to the importance degree. The basis for the choice of language units for the construction of the model was the property of the word to translate the linguistic mentality that determines the linguo-axiological aspect. As a result of comparing the values-qualities of an ideal teacher in the representation, on the one hand, of teachers, on the other hand, of students, the degree of internalization, assignment of professional experience by students is determined. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the basis of the ideal teacher model are semantic fields: Professional qualities, Personal qualities and their semantic content. When describing the model of the ideal teacher in the representation of teachers and students of the pedagogical college, there were revealed coincidences of values-qualities of teachers and graduates, amounting to 89 %, which corresponds to a high degree of internalization of professional values by students within the pedagogical discourse of the pedagogical college
