Abstract

The article presents a study based on the theory of the formation of student’s human capital at Southern Federal University. The analysis of foreign and domestic publications on the topic of research is carried out. The purpose of the research is to develop, test and measure the student’s human capital. The authors’ developments on the problem of research are described, namely empirical studies of pedagogical technology using a modular educational program and learning along an individual trajectory aimed at forming the human capital of students. The results of intellectual activity (computer program and Database) on measuring the individual human capital of a student are written and applied. The study involved control and experimental groups of students in various fields of study. The obtained data of the CG and EG were compared, on the basis of which it was concluded that the applied educational technology on a modular basis makes it possible to increase the values of individual criteria of students’ human capital, which indicates the positive impact of the developed methodology
