- Abstract
The article examines copyright issues in the age of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of creating and attributing art works. Theoretical and legal aspects of authorship, the use data for training AI, and the technology impact on the future of copyright are discussed. Particular attention is paid to copyright questions, ethical considerations in evaluating works created using AI models, and the key changes in creativity perceptions, authorship, and the cultural value of artworks. The article analyzes publications addressing copyright issues, including the definition of authorship subjectivity and the legality of data usage for model training. The global implementing copyright experience in the AI field is discussed from the perspective of the need for international standardization. Special attention is given to the AI training mechanisms transparency, the problem of attributing artworks, and the lack of standards for their evaluation. The conclusion outlines potential solutions to the identified issues: the creation of international standards for data usage, the introduction of licensing mechanisms, and the ethical standards development to balance the interests of authors, developers, and technology users
