- Abstract
The importance of teachers’ professional development in the field of digital technologies is due to provide support for technological development in education and the use of information technologies at the educational process. The article focuses on the manifestations of integrated regulation like a form of extrinsic motivation. It notes that the program, which forms digital skills has a high motivational resource, this is due to the content and form of training. We have the program of professional development in the electronic environment, the content and format of work. We present the structure of the professional development program in the field of Internet learning “Digital tools and services in the activity of a teacher of a general educational organization” and the content of its modules. It shows us motives of teachers from different age groups, which naturally confirms that teachers with 5–25 years of experience significantly differ from teachers with more than 25 years of experience in all parameters of motivational orientations, demonstrating different values especially in the parameter of motivation of achievement and aspiration for self- actualization. We base on research and method of motivational and semantic formations by Y. M. Orlov and B. A. Sosnovsky, we identify the changes all teachers of the experimental groups, it does not depend on age and length of service. Changes occurred in motivational and semantic formations, showing high dynamics of achievement and self-actualization motives in both groups. The empirical data indicate that the e-learning environment acts as a mediator in the process of forming patterns of behavior and attitudes of the subject through the development of internal motivational mechanisms
