Abstract

Any educational process should obey its didactic principles following which teachers give it special properties and qualities. These principals provide regulation of teaching. Applying the distance forms of teaching with information and communication technologies and electronic means must be accompanied also by its principles of teaching, which not only regulate the process of teaching but also improve its quality. This paper gives scientific arguments of the didactic principles which are aimed to regulate the process of teaching in the e-learning environment. The given article aims to establish systemic relationships of the didactic principles of e-learning, which originate in cyberpedagogy, digital didactics and traditional pedagogy. In the course of the research, we used a method of constructing relationships between new principles of e-learning and the well-known principles of digital didactics and traditional pedagogy. The significance of the research consists in the fact that for the first time the didactic principles of e-learning were named and reasoned. These principles could not appear earlier as a computer has not been widely used in the process of teaching. The above-mentioned principles were born within cyberpedagogy. Their purpose, together with the principles of traditional pedagogy and digital didactics, is to improve the quality of education in higher educational institutions, where an electronic educational environment is created, including the distance forms of teaching. Following these principles teachers will get the possibility to create an effective educational process. The results of the research can be useful to those who are involved in the methodology of pedagogical research and improving the effectiveness of teaching in Russia and worldwide
