Abstract

The paper describes the results of the All-Russian Research of adaptation, consolidation and professional development of young teachers. It considers the concept of professional interest, its understanding and application in relation to teachers with 0-3 years’ work experience, the opportunities to study professional interest and its dynamics. The study attempts to explore the dynamics of the interest depending on the experience, the characteristics of an educational institution, the regional system and policy in education both in the country and in every subject of the Russian Federation. The data obtained after a thorough examination of the dynamics of professional interest, depending on various factors, may allow forecasting directions for the professional development of various groups of young teachers
