Abstract

An estimation method for the status of the hydrotechnical object and coast prone to floods of different origin is proposed using the fuzzy sets theory and nonlinear multiparameter regression. The basic signs defining a status of the object as a result of flooding are allocated. The linguistic variable status of damage is defined. On a basis of regression data simulations analytical models for the prescribed membership functions are constructed. The example illustrating the method of reception a quantitative estimation of a status of damage for object using the fuzzy data is offered. The proposed methodology is the basis for decision-making systems in control services of dangerous natural processes. Received estimations of a status of hydrotechnical object may be use for risk simulation in the problem of zoning the coastal territory.
