- Abstract
Синтезированы новые соединения одного из важных антибактериальных лекарств энрофлоксацина (C19H22FN3O3 − 1-циклопропил-7-(4-этилпиперазин-1-ил)-6-фторо-4-оксо-1,4- дигидрохинолин-3-карбоновая кислота, EnrH) с кислотами и тетрагалогенидными анионами d-элементов. Получены соединения: EnrH2 +X-nH2O (X = Cl, HSO4, n = 1; X = Br, I, NO3, H2PO4, ReO4, n = 0), 2EnrH2 +C2O4 2-.H2O, EnrH3 2+2Br-, (EnrH2 +)2[MCl4]2- (M = Zn, Cd, Hg), EnrH3 2+[MCl4]2- (M = Zn, Cd, Hg, Co, Cu) и EnrH3 2+[MBr4]2-.nH2O (M = Cu, n = 2; M = Cd, n = 1; M = Zn, Hg, Co, n = 0). Определены их кристаллографические параметры и изучена термическая устойчивость.
The new compounds of significant antibacterial drug enrofloxacin (C19H22FN3O3 - 1-cyclopropyl- 7-(4-ethylpiperazin-1-yl)-6-fluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid, EnrH) with the acids and the tetrahalogenate anions of d-elements have been synthesized. The compounds EnrH2 +X-nH2O (X = Cl, HSO4, n = 1; X = Br, I, NO3, H2PO4, ReO4, n = 0), 2EnrH2 +C2O4 2-.H2O, EnrH3 2+2Br-, (EnrH2 +)2[MCl4]2- (M = Zn, Cd, Hg), EnrH3 2+[MCl4]2- (M = Zn, Cd, Hg, Co, Cu) и EnrH3 2+[MBr4]2-.nH2O (M = Cu, n = 2; M = Cd, n = 1; M = Zn, Hg, Co, n = 0) have been prepared. Their crystallographic parameters and thermal properties have been studied.
