Abstract

Bismuth-germanium double oxide Bi12GeO20-X electrical conductivity during heating in the air atmosphere and gas phase composition changing was researched. On the base of this data oxygen chemical diffusion coefficient and degree of nonstoichiometry of compound, balanced with air environment oxygen, were calculated.
