Abstract

The simple composition of background electrolyte for determination of organic acids (oxalic, tartaric, citric, malic, lactic, succinic, acetic) in wine by capillary electrophoresis technique using hydrodynamic pressure for electroosmotic flow suppression was suggested: 7,5 mM m-nintrobenzoic acid, 7,5 mM sodium m-nitrobenzoate, pH 3,4. Storage life of the background electrolyte is more 6 months. It is found that inorganic anions were not interfered with anions of organic acids. The metrological performance is evaluated. Fabricated and natural wines were analysed by suggested method.
