Abstract

It was established, that the reaction of sulfation of betulin 3-acetate by an chlorosulfonic acid in dioxane or dimethylformamide proceeded in homogeneous medium at temperature 30-40 °C. It was shown that for full etherification of betilin 3-acetate to betulin 3-acetate-28-sulfate 1,5-2,5 hours were necessary. Betilin 3-acetate-28-sulfate have received in the form of natrium salt. The structure of betulin 3-acetate-28-sulfate was confirmed by methods of IR and NMR
