Abstract

In article results of experimental researches of a choice residual hire of bandages proceeding from criterion of the maximum resource before change of wheel pairs electric locomotives are stated. The technology of turning of wheel pairs is changed, leaving thus hire of 0,5 mm, thus predicted resource before change of bandages is increased by 32 % and allows to maintain electric locomotives VL11 in locomotive depot Sverdlovsk-sorting before repair KR-1 and not to make replacement of bandages of wheel pairs on ТR-3.

В статье изложены результаты экспериментальных исследований выбора остаточного проката бандажей исходя из критерия максимального ресурса колесных пар электровозов. Изменена технология обточки колесных пар, при этом оставлен прокат 0,5 мм. Прогнозируемый ресурс бандажей увеличен на 32 % и позволяет эксплуатировать электровозы ВЛ11 в локомотивном депо Свердловск-сортировочный до ремонта КР-1 и не производить замену бандажей колесных пар на ТР-3.
