Abstract: This article discusses an actual problem of designing the development system of rural schools; factors of implementation of the development project for rural schools. It presents an example of the organization of educational activities in rural schools with specific living conditions, people’s work, peculiarities of micro environment of the North, as well as the interaction of institutions in the sociocultural sphere.
