Abstract

The article proves the necessity of higher pedagogical education implementation in the conditions of creative educational environment. It introduces the notion of the creative educational environment of the mathematics teacher aimed at his professional competences development, studies the pedagogical phenomenon of this notion. It reveals as well the interrelation of the notions “creativity” and “competence” and grounds their inter-cooperation in the corresponding activity implementation. In this relation the educational environment of the teacher’s subject training is regarded as the educational environment which conditions are aimed at creativity manifestation of each student. It offers and substantiates two-dimensional structural – content model of the creative educational environment of the teacher subject training in higher education institution, which in one aspect represents this environment as the complex of the special educational environments, and in the other – the content of each environments by component with their professional directivity characteristics. It gives substantiation that such educational environment modeling approach makes it possible to make the precise designing and support of the pedagogical and technological conditions of the students studying activity implementation aimed at their professional competences development.
