Abstract

The purpose of the work is related to the search for theoretical foundations and determination of the content of the teaching materials “Psychology” to ensure the development of the personal potential of students in non-psychological areas of training. The work methodology is based on the use of a system-activity approach that ensures the development of students’ universal competencies. The results of the work showed that in the educational space of the university there is insufficient development of educational and methodological kits, on the basis of which students could develop planning, building strategies and tactics for their actions in different types of activities and on different materials. We believe that the main criterion for organizing a developmental environment – combination of different types of activities organized by a team of adult professionals together with youth in problem-reflexive, system-activity, age-related approaches and self-determination in them
